NOVUS increases the range of ultra-low differential pressure transmitters
Monitoring or performing room climate control or environmental monitoring of industrial processes, which require high accuracy at low pressure ranges, are processes that demand reliable equipment. Controlled environments, clean rooms, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems are some of the most common applications for ultra-low differential pressure transmitters and require a product that can perform with high accuracy and sensitivity.
NOVUS presents a perfect solution for these applications. The good news is that NP785, a transmitter from NOVUS that has a solid reputation across different industry segments, is even better and offers even greater accuracy and stability control.
NP785 now hits the market with more measurement ranges, allowing the product to better meet different demanding environments and expanding its application possibilities.
In addition to controlling and monitoring the saturation of air filters and controlling clean rooms, NP785 is also ideal for monitoring the opening of fire doors leading to fire escapes and industrial machinery requiring differential pressure.
NP785: Ideal for situations that require high sensitivity
NP785 is a low differential pressure transmitter that serves to measure small values of overpressure, underpressure and differential pressure in neutral, non-corrosive gaseous environments. Already well established in the market and with an excellent reputation, the wide acceptance of NP785 has drawn attention to the possibility of extending the pressure ranges. The new version of NOVUS ultra-low differential pressure transmitter brings even more precision to environments that demand accuracy and stability.
Due to the confidence placed in NP785 to perform in environments such as clean rooms and HVAC systems, NOVUS has extended the product ranges to better serve these and other critical applications. We have worked on a new concept in NOVUS technology. The result is NP785, which now has new ranges, an Autozero button, and a diagnostic LED. It even provides a linear pressure proportional signal output with configurable measurement range via USB using the configuration software.
This ultra-low differential pressure transmitter can operate in a bi-directional mode and measure differential pressure ranges from vacuum to positive pressure. You can set the analog output to 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. Since the device has a RS485 interface, retransmission can also be done via Modbus RTU. Manufactured with ABS+PC housing for DIN-rail mounting, this transmitter has nickel-plated connectors that accept pneumatic hoses with 4 mm or 6 mm inside diameter.
